HMC252 DC-3 GHz RF Single Pole Six Throw Switch RF Switch Non-reflective SP6T Switch Module

Feature:

HMC252AQS24E is a low-cost non-reflective SP6T switch in a 24-pin QSOP package with a broadband operating frequency range of DC to 3.0 GHz. The switch provides single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The switch integrates a 3:6 decoder, and only three control lines and a positive bias are needed to select each path. HMC252AQS24E SP6T can replace SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches and multiple configurations of logic drivers.
